RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the product you bought and ask for another product of equal or greater value to be sent. The product must be returned within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery, which is stated on the bill of lading of the courier company you received. Please follow the instructions below for the product return process.

  • It is recommended to return the products with the same courier company you received.
  • All battery toys are tested before shipment for full operation and are NOT REPLACED OR RETURNED.
  • Shipping costs of the returned or damaged product are borne by the customer. In case of incorrect products, shipping costs are borne by the store.

CHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, in terms of the size you ordered, the products can be returned within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery and can be replaced immediately. Please follow the instructions below for the product return process.

  • The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer and the shipping costs of the new order to our store.
  • In case the customer wants to make a change for the second consecutive time, he will be charged with the return and shipping costs.

To accept the return of the products you must:

  • the return must be made within 10 calendar days from the day of receipt.
  • the product has not been used
  • be packed in its original packaging and accompanied by all its labels
  • the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (e.g. Retail Order, Order Form, etc.)

Cancel orders

You can cancel your order before completing the online process.

The cancellation of an order that has been invoiced, packaged and delivered to the courier company by us is not accepted.

Shipping method for bulky products:

1) If the customer wishes ELTA courier (Door - Door), the shipping costs are calculated automatically upon completion of the order.

2) In large parcels, shipments are made by transport, in remote inaccessible areas the collection may be done from the store of ELTA Courier or Transport.

3) Shipments will be made with Transport Agencies in your area.Pick up from your service point or home delivery after consultation with the Transport Agency.

Delivery time :

1) 2-7 working days for bulky products and shipments with Transport Agency.

2) 4-14 working days for shipments with ELTA Courier delivery time is indicative and may be modified depending on the existing conditions of ELTA Courier - Transport. In any case, a further delay due to the conditions is not excluded)
